Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please provide photos of damaged packaging before opening and damaged artwork after opening.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping - Delivery - Pickup
Shipping is included to the 48 contiguous states for all orders unless otherwise noted. (Some large sizes of art require special shipping methods.)
For orders to be shipped outside of the 48 contiguous states please Contact Us before placing order to quote additional shipping costs.
All orders will be shipped within 5 working days of order being placed. Please Contact Us for rush orders.
Delivery is available for the greater Minneapolis / St. Paul Area. Pricing is determined according to the shipping zip-code's distance from the studio. (55112) (5-30 miles = $10-$60) If outside this area you can Contact Us for options to deliver longer distances on larger orders. When the order is ready for delivery we will contact you through your preferred method to setup time and date for delivery. Please leave your preferred method of communication at checkout.
Picking up your order at our studio in New Brighton is the most economical method. Pickup time and date will be determined when order is complete and ready to be picked up. Please leave your preferred method of communication at checkout.
